| The Sanctuary in South Bend is a faith-based continuing care community (CCRC) that offers independent living with 120 studio apartments and one and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include: Housekeeping and maintenance services, full kitchen with all appliances, garages. library, Fitness center, wellness program, etc. Assisted living includes the added security of 24-hour support and assistance from the nursing staff. Good Shepherd Memory Care residents are at entry level early to middle stages of dementia. Rehabilitation Services and Nursing Care is available in the Sanctuary's 78 bed health care facility.
