| Arté, a new retirement community in Scottsdale, AZ will have 170 suites in total, with 152 independent living suites and 18 suites for assisted living. Suites available range from studios to 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms with a den with the square footage ranging from 413 sq. ft. to a very spacious 1,337 sq. ft. Beautifully constructed to give its residents the
feel of a custom home. Residents only pay a small community fee of $5,000 and then monthly rental fees of between $2,995 and $6,995. Art Deco inspired design and custom furnishings differentiate Arté. |
